Convocation addressed by Portolá as commander-in-chief of the Monterey expedition to his officers and the Missions President, in order to discuss problems of the expedition, particularly in relation to provisions; followed by opinions and final votes of the commander and his officers, to the effect that a group of expeditionaries should be dispatched to collect provisions and inform higher authorities of developments; containing references to the packet-boats "El Príncipe" and "San Carlos." With the signatures of Portolá, Costansó, Fages, and Rivera.
